The enthusiastic Hollywood fashion designer PRABAL GURUNG will be handed with Career Achievement in Fashion Award during it’s annual Night of Stars gala at Fashion Industry Gallery which will be organized in November.
Gurung will be awarded with the top level honor due to his work and his relief efforts for Nepal earthquake by the Dallas chapter of Fashion Group International.
He was seen active in relief efforts through his organization, Shikshya Foundation Nepal which is currently operating in Nepal. Prabal is the co-founder, board member and ambassador of the foundation.
The event will also feature local honorees whose names will be revealed on August 6, 2015. Night of stars have been providing scholarships for fashion and merchandising students. Previously, the event had awarded more than $45,000 in cash and prizes.
