Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala is scheduled to appear at the 5th Miss Nepal US event that will be held from August 20th to 22nd at New York. Koirala, who is also the Goodwill Ambassador of Nepal Government PM Fund for Disaster will be gracing her presence at the Final day.
The event will also focus on charity for Nepal earthquake’s disaster relief and rebuilding Nepal for which it has partnered with UNICEF United States Fund and Nepal Government’s PM Earthquake Relief Fund.
The event which has been organized by ‘Event Planet’ invites all the Nepalese women of age 19 – 29 to participate at Miss Nepal US. It has embraced a theme of ‘Rebuilding Nepal’ where the finalist has to raise funds for Nepal earthquake.
The event will be hosted by former CNN and FOX TV host Kiran Chetry. The organizers has also believed the event will strengthen the Nepalese-American relationship.
Nepali Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala will also be sharing her experiences and struggles from being an actress to overcoming her cancer to the competitors.
