CG Kamana award has been held successfully at Army Officers club. The program was organized to mark the completion of 3 decades of publishing.

In the award, cinema ‘Mahasus‘ was awarded with the best film of the year whereas actor Aryan Sigdel and actress Keki Adhikari was awarded with the best actor and actress of the year respectively from the same film.

Nawal Nepal was awarded with the best director and best screenplay award from the movie ‘Mahasus’.  Prabin Shrestha grabbed the award for best story and best debut director from the movie ‘Mokshya’ whereas Koshis Chettri achieved the best debut actor from the same movie.

Benisha Hamal was awarded the best supporting actress from the movie ‘Mahasus’ whereas Gaurav Pahadi grabbed the best supporting actor.

Surendra Paudel was awarded the best editor from ‘Hostel‘, Hari Humagain got the best cinematographer award from the same movie. Kabiraj Gahatraj (best choreographer), Rajan Kathet and Pragyan (best dialogue), Surya Thokar (best fight director), Rohit Shakya (best background score)

Similarly, Hariprasad RImal and Baikuntha Maskey was awarded with life time achievement award.
