The Cinema Times, Kathmandu. There are some films, which is made from the heart not from computer. And when its comes to Nikesh Limbu’s next venture BLIND ROCKS, there is no doubt the that film is made from the heart. The movie revolves around the feelings and inspiration of a blind girl Shristi Kc on how she views the world through the eyes of her heart.

This biopic movie directed by another great director Milan Chams who has already given good films to the industry is set to hit screens pretty soon. Producer Limbu and director Chams has a pretty good combination when it comes to film making and as well their bond on friendship. The film will be screened first at the UK on 5th of August 2017 in Princess cinema, Aldershot after Shristi gives her welcome speech. Benisha Hamal and Gauri Malla will be walking at the red carpet and add more to the grand premiere.

Benisha Hamal has exactly portrayed the life of Shristi Kc. Nikesh who has been working as British Army since 20 years says, ‘every film should also play a social role because social films have high value and longer age than any commercial film. Therefore, these films are made from the heart, not from computer’.

Limbu produced RAATO GHAR is also set to hit screens in Nepal. The movie had already gained good response after its premiere on 25 July, 2015 at London. He also seems to be much excited for its review from Nepal. He aims to provide good films which also promotes Nepali art every year which not every producers think of.

The dynamic Nikesh Limbu made his debut as a producer in Nepali cinema through the movie ‘HASIYA’ where he had co-produced the movie. This journey continues from RAATO GHAR to BLIND ROCKS and no doubt it will still continue. Nepali cinema is always proud to have such producers in the industry.

He added, ‘even though I am in foreign land I still aim to promote and preserve Nepali art and culture. I have and will be trying to take Nepali cinemas to international level and this is the reason behind HASIYA, RAATO GHAR and BLIND ROCKS’.

The movie BLIND ROCKS came to his mind while RAATO GHAR was under post production as he saw Anil Shah’s program where Shristi Kc was giving her inspirational and motivational speech. That is when he planned to make this biopic so that the world will know and get inspired by Shristi Kc through BLIND ROCKS.

In future Nikesh Limbu plans to work with legend Kristi Mainali. Limbu is a great follower of her.

For now, Nikesh is gearing up for his film RAATO GHAR which is set to hit screens on 2nd June, 2017.

Well watch out for RAATO GHAR in cinemas near you and help promote Nepali cinema.
